Following a refused planning permission for tables and chairs at the site, associated with an unlawful use of the site, SM Planning were appointed by the client to overcome the previously refused application. Our London Planning Consultants were able to prepare a revised planning application, along with a lawful development certificate application, to both regularise the lawful use of the premises and obtain consent for an external seating area.
