DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
SM Planning appealed the decision of Ealing Council to refuse advertisement consent on the grounds of the effect upon the amenity of the site and its surroundings. Through an analysis of the surrounding context and the scale, siting and method of display, we set out a robust case that the advertisement would not result in harm to the amenity of the site and the surrounding area and would not present harm to public safety. The Inspector subsequently allowed the appeal.
