DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
SM Planning secured a grant of Prior Approval for the change of use of an office to a new home under Class MA, Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). To satisfy the conditions of Class MA, we set out a robust case to demonstrate that the proposal would meet the relevant space standards and have acceptable impacts in respect to contamination, transport and highways, the character of the conservation area, flood risk, noise and light, which was supported by associated technical reports where appropriate.
