DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
SM Planning were instructed to negotiate with the Local Planning Authority to secure full planning permission for the erection of a three storey plus basement building to provide five flats. The sensitivity of the location, with a number of historic buildings in close proximity, and complex s106 matters had led to significant delays in the determination of the application. SM Planning successfully clarified all matters pertaining to the s106 and in the process, secured planning permission for our client with reduced financial obligations. The planning submission was supported with drawings by MAA Architects.
