DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
SM Planning assisted a client in obtaining planning permission for the amalgamation of two vacant flats in a poor state of repair, to a single dwelling house with associated works. To justify the net loss of one dwelling, we set out a case that this would be outweighed by the economic, social and environmental merits of the proposal.
