DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
SM Planning were instructed to lead on the submission of an appeal against a refused advertisement consent application in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. SM Planning were able to successfully rebut the local planning authority’s reasons for refusal on both visual and highway safety grounds and accordingly, the appeal was allowed.
